About RebLearn

Dennis Saller
Founder & Licensed Educational Psychologist (LEP, PPS)
Dennis Saller wants every person who comes to RebLearn to feel heard, understood, and supported. He takes time to listen to families’ concerns, recognize each learner’s strengths, and explain what the findings mean in everyday language. Whether he is helping a child gain confidence in reading or helping a college student understand their learning needs, he brings care, patience, and a practical focus on what will help.
Since 1999, Dennis’s work has spanned individual instruction, school psychology, literacy intervention and prevention, and comprehensive psychoeducational evaluation. His experience comes from working directly with learners and families, preparing teachers, and independently building and leading programs from the ground up.
Experience in Practice
- Independently created and ran a summer literacy program serving more than 250 students. Dennis designed, launched, coordinated, and led the reading and writing program, taking responsibility for its planning and day-to-day implementation.
- Prepared teachers and tracked student progress. He provided teacher training and seminars before the program began and collected data to monitor learning and guide instruction.
- Developed reading and writing interventions and prevention efforts. His work includes addressing difficulties early and tailoring support to students who need more intensive instruction.
- Worked one-to-one with children in their homes. He adapted instruction to individual learning needs while building confidence and helping families understand how to support progress.
- Provided thorough evaluations for college students seeking accommodations. His evaluations clarify strengths and learning needs and provide clear documentation to support access to appropriate accommodations.
- Turned assessment findings into practical next steps. He helps students, families, and educators understand complex learning profiles and connect recommendations with useful support.
Dennis’s approach connects careful evaluation with hands-on experience putting recommendations into practice. The goal is to give people a clearer understanding of how they learn and a thoughtful, workable path forward.

Our Approach to Evaluations
Evaluations focus on understanding the cognitive and linguistic processes that directly impact reading and writing — not just measuring achievement scores.
We use evidence-based assessment tools grounded in the science of reading, and write reports that are clear, accessible, and actionable for educators and families.
Our goal is simple: provide accurate diagnoses, clear explanations, and practical recommendations that help students get the support they need to succeed.
